Our Heritage

Faith at St Peters

A Lutheran school with an open, welcoming community — faith woven through the rhythm of school life.

Our Foundation

A Lutheran school in a diverse community

St Peters is a Lutheran school. Faith is part of our heritage and woven into the rhythm of school life — chapel services, daily devotion, Christian Studies, and pastoral care that takes the whole person seriously.

Our community is broad and welcoming. Families of all faiths and none are part of St Peters, and our shared commitment to dignity, service and learning crosses every cultural and religious line.

Worship & Chapel

Regular rhythm of worship across the school week

Whole-school chapel services, sub-school worship, year-level devotion and senior chapel — each week brings opportunities for our students to pause, reflect and engage with Christian story and song.

Christian Studies

A subject for every student

Christian Studies is part of the curriculum from Prep to Year 12 — taught with rigour, openness and an honest exploration of belief, doubt and meaning. Our aim is religious literacy, not religious instruction.
