Wellbeing at St Peters

A school that takes wellbeing seriously

Pastoral care, mental-health support, school counsellors and a culture of kindness — for every student.

Wellbeing

The whole-person approach

Wellbeing is not separate from learning at St Peters — it is woven into how we structure our school. Strong pastoral care, accessible counselling, age-appropriate mental-health programmes and a deliberate culture of kindness work together to support every student.

Pastoral Care

Daily structure, year-level coordinators

Every student belongs to a Pastoral Care class that meets daily. Year Coordinators support students and parents through each year level, working closely with subject teachers, counsellors and families.

Counselling & Mental Health

Accessible, qualified support

Our counsellors are qualified, accessible, and available to every student. Referral pathways to external mental-health professionals are clear and supported, and our wellbeing programme runs deliberate skill-building sessions across each year.
